six new
houses, three apartments, and a new co-op convenience
store
Stagg Architects conceived, detailed
and delivered this design, for the construction of a new
food store for the Co-Op, along with nine new dwellings.
The design was carefully developed to enable the
provision of a large open floor-plate within a village
setting. Careful attention was paid to deliveries and the
function of the store so that this was acceptable to the
operator while also respecting the amenity and privacy of
the new houses adjacent. The project completed on site in
Autumn 2015.
