We have recently started work on site to refurbish and extend this three storey building to deliver a mixed use scheme comprising flexible uses at ground and lower ground level, and offices above. Our proposal is to add another storey at rooftop level and to alter the facade in order to improve access and create a better and more animated relationship with the street. Located in the Charlotte Street conservation area and adjacent to a modernsit grade-II listed building the scheme required careful guidance through the planning system.
